Learn How Our Method Makes the Difference
Quality Caregivers
Nationwide Background Checks
We know that great service can only be delivered by qualified, experienced staff. At Caring, we make sure our caregivers have the right personality and skill level to ensure our clients receive quality senior care services.
Active Involvement
24/7
Availability
At Caring, we believe that, in order to provide quality service, we must stay involved with the client, family, and other professional care providers. There are often changes that need to be made to the service plan for clients with special needs that require coordination with multiple parties. This keeps everyone informed of any special needs or required changes to the service plan so that nothing is overlooked or forgotten.

How do you select your caregivers?
Each of our caregiver candidates in Dunwoody must pass state and national background checks and a multi-stage interview process. We also look for certain personal qualities, and our caregivers must possess a CNA license or one year or more of experience in senior care.
Does insurance cover the cost of your services?
Most of our clients utilize long-term care insurance or the VA’s Aid and Attendance program (certain restrictions apply to the VA benefit, and our staff can assist with the prequalification process). Medical insurance providers, such as Medicare, do not provide coverage for home care services, and only some of our offices accept Medicaid, which may cover some of our Dunwoody in-home care services.
