How do you select your caregivers?
Caregivers are selected based on their relevant work experience as well as positive personal qualities. Each candidate must pass state and national background checks and participate in a thorough, multi-stage interview process. Caregivers must have at least a year of prior experience working with seniors or hold a current CNA license.
Does insurance cover the cost of your services?
Long-term care insurance provides coverage for our services. You can also find coverage through the Aid and Attendance program provided by the VA. If you require assistance with the VA’s prequalification requirements, we can help. Medicare and most major medical insurers do not provide coverage for home care services. While Medicaid may offer partial coverage in certain cases, most of our offices don’t currently accept Medicaid.
