Matt\u2019s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond\u2014like learning new skills and even accompanying a client on a 3-day fishing trip\u2014make him truly deserving of this honor.<\/p>\n
As part of the award, Matt will receive a trip to the company\u2019s annual owner\u2019s conference in Canc\u00fan, Mexico, and a local celebration.<\/p>\n
