Our Owners<\/h3>\n

Meet Dustin and Rebecca Rauch<\/span>, <\/span><\/strong>the owners of Caring Senior Service of Georgetown. Both Dustin and Rebecca are physical therapists with a passion for helping seniors. Dustin experienced the challenges of caring for an aging parent as he cared for his mom, who had ALS. When he was no longer able to care for her himself, he learned what a blessing caregivers can be for a family. Rebecca has worked in many different segments of healthcare, including home health. The Rauches are committed to setting an expectation of excellence following Caring\u2019s GreatCare\u00ae method, which ensures Georgetown seniors receive the very best in-home care. Dustin and Rebecca have 2 daughters and enjoy spending time outdoors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Team<\/h3>\n

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our senior caregiver assistance home care team in Georgetown reports to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare<\/a>\u00ae. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director\u00a0 has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement \u201cWe provide GreatCare\u00ae\u201d is not just what we say, it\u2019s what we do.<\/p>\n
