The award honors leaders across North America&#8217;s home-based care industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation and operational success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Lauren&#8217;s leadership, the Irvine office has become one of Caring Senior Service&#8217;s top-performing locations, growing to $1.2 million in revenue during its first year and remaining on pace to surpass $3 million in year three.
