Our Owners<\/h3>\n

Meet the owners of Caring Senior Service of Katy: Ken Anderson and Keishia Fox. Ken started working with Caring through the Caring Senior Service Director Apprentice Program. Afterwards, he graduated to managing a Caring location in Huntsville, AL. Ken loved working with Caring so much that he decided to buy his own franchise in 2012. Keishia worked with Ken in his office in Jackson, MS, and has a deep passion for senior care. She has a degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. She has worked across the healthcare industry, including in hospital and hospice settings. Keishia was inspired to become a Caring owner after caring for her grandmother, who suffered with diabetes and COPD. Ken and Keishia are dedicated to providing families in Katy with the support they need.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Team<\/h3>\n

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare<\/a> \u00ae. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night.
