Our Agency Director<\/h3>\n

Dean White believes that \u201cEveryone can be a Hero to Someone,\u201d a guiding principle reflected in his life and work. With a diverse background in both business and ministry, Dean has made significant contributions in multiple fields. He has owned a marketing business that played a pivotal role in facilitating the SAG\/AFTRA Union merger\u2014the largest union merger in our lifetime. Additionally, he has created products sold globally and has an extensive education in Long Term Care and Life Insurance, equipping him to help protect families.<\/p>\n

Dean has also served at some of the largest churches in Southern California, combining his leadership skills with a heartfelt dedication to helping others. Born on Christmas Day, Dean\u2019s life has been marked by a spirit of giving and joy. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys snowboarding, performing magic to bring smiles to kids, and spending cherished moments with his extended family. His passion for serving others and his diverse experiences embody his belief that anyone can make a heroic difference in someone\u2019s life.<\/p>\n

Our Team<\/h3>\n

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare<\/a> \u00ae. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night.
