Caring Senior Service Director of Learning & Development, Kimberly Johnson-Searcy, shared how new franchise owners are prepared to run a home care business. New owner training includes a week of virtual training to learn the fundamentals of the Caring business model. Virtual training is followed by a week of in-person training at our headquarters in San Antonio for hands-on, guided practice. Owners are further supported through a 16-week coaching program, and they can always call in to the Support Team if they have questions along the way.
