Our Agency Director<\/h3>\n

Meet Emily Raibourn, the Agency Director of Caring Senior Service Milwaukee. At the heart of Emily\u2019s work is a deep and genuine care for people. Her journey into caregiving began at 16, when she formed a lifelong friendship with Stephen, a boy with cerebral palsy who is nonverbal. That early connection shaped her commitment to being present, compassionate, and supportive\u2014values that continue to guide her leadership today.<\/p>\n

Emily is naturally warm, attentive, and grounded in integrity. She believes in building trust through consistency and showing up for others in meaningful ways. She is dedicated to ensuring every senior served by the Milwaukee office feels seen, respected, and well cared for.<\/p>\n

Our Team<\/h3>\n

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare<\/a> \u00ae. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night.
