Our Owner
Meet Jon Hageman, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Nashville. With over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience in the food service and home improvement industries, Jon also held a leadership role at Terminix. Jon’s passion for home care began after personally caring for his mother in his home following his father’s passing in 2020. As the owner of Caring Senior Service, his goal is to build a family legacy by providing seniors with the support needed to live safely at home, while offering peace of mind to their families. Jon and his team are committed to delivering GreatCare® to every senior they serve, ensuring they remain healthy, happy, and at home.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
