Our Owner<\/h3>\n

Meet Wayne Mitchell<\/span>,<\/strong> the owner of Caring Senior Service of Northern Virginia. Wayne started his healthcare career as a public health Paramedic\u2013Advanced Life Support, then transitioned to corporate America for over 30 years, the last 10 years working closely with military families. He became interested in senior care after experiencing difficulties finding care for his own parents. This experience helped Wayne understand the life-changing stages seniors go through and gave him a desire to help seniors in his community. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare<\/a> \u00ae. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night.
