Telehealth Benefit

We understand there are times when our employees will deal with sickness. Sitting in urgent care for several hours while you’re waiting for health care can feel discouraging. As part of our Phoenix caregiver jobs, every employee has access to Teladoc telehealth benefits, connecting them to licensed physicians 24/7. When you use this service, you will receive a consultation, diagnosis, and treatment, including prescriptions for non-emergent conditions.

Communication

The staff at Caring Senior Service values communication between caregivers and clients. We also emphasize the importance of communication with our employees and staff. In order to best facilitate communication, we give our caregivers the ability to access our office staff 24/7. If you need help during off hours, our on-call care manager will answer your call. Our proprietary software program, Tendio, makes communication easier by keeping you updated on important client information. With this system, you will have access to schedules, care plans, and other work-related opportunities. Employees also use this system to clock in and out and record their client notes.

Training

While we hire experienced caregivers, we believe in keeping up with training to increase industry knowledge. This allows us to provide exceptional care to our clients and gives our caregivers more confidence about the care they provide. Sometimes we encounter unique situations with health conditions, and we want our caregivers to feel fully prepared to provide the best care possible. Assigning these training courses helps increase caregiver knowledge of specific health conditions and how to care for these unique needs.

Caring Careers

Caregiver

Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.

CAREGIVER BENEFITS

    • One-on-one care: As a Caring caregiver, you will provide one-on-one home care, allowing you to build relationships with those they serve. We match our caregivers and clients using a personality and skills assessment. Our advanced scheduling helps us find clients who match your availability and are located close to your home.

Our Care Managers are our team leaders. They are good communicators who enable our caregivers to deliver GreatCare. Their objectives include recruiting new caregivers, training caregivers, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the delivery of care.
