Communication

We value clear and consistent communication because it strengthens relationships between our staff, caregivers, and our clients. Enhancing communication helps improve client care and relationships. That is why we make ourselves available to you 24/7. No matter the time of day or night, an on-call manager will answer your call and get you the help you need. Additionally, we use a proprietary web-based software program, Tendio, to streamline communication between caregivers and office staff. Tendio keeps you updated on schedules, client needs, and other work opportunities. You can use this system to keep track of vacation requests, client notes, timekeeping, and much more.

Training

At Caring Senior Service, we hire licensed and experienced caregivers. However, we also understand that even experienced caregivers can benefit from continuing education. As one of the most important parts of our caregiver jobs in Wake Forest, our training programs help equip you for unique situations with seniors. Caregiver

Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.

Caregiver Benefits
