How do you select your caregivers?
The selection of our home caregivers in Rolesville is a careful, multi-step process. In addition to an intensive personal interview, candidates must pass state and federal background checks. They must also have a CNA license or a minimum of one year of experience working with seniors. We give priority to those with positive personal traits as well as adequate work experience.
Does insurance cover the cost of your services?
Major medical insurance providers, including Medicare, do not offer coverage for home care services. Medicaid offers coverage for select services, but most of our offices do not accept Medicaid at this time. However, long-term care insurance does cover our services. The VA Aid and Attendance program can also be used to cover the costs of our services, if eligible. Our staff is happy to help you with prequalification for the VA benefit.
