Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: We help seniors with their daily personal care needs, including bathing, getting dressed, mobility, exercising, and more.
TRANSPORTATION: By providing seniors with safe transportation to where they need to go, we allow them to maintain their independence.
MEAL PREPARATION: Our caregivers prepare healthy meals for our seniors, adhering to personal preferences and dietary restrictions.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Our caregivers help with keeping an inventory of medications, tracking medication schedules, and reminders to take them on time.
COMPANIONSHIP: We provide social interaction for seniors by taking walks, playing games, or simply sharing stories and warm conversations.
RESPITE CARE: Caring for your loved one can be a full-time job. This is why we offer the opportunity for you to rest while we take on caregiving responsibilities.
ERRAND SERVICE: Our staff will run errands for your senior. From dropping off packages to picking up groceries and prescriptions, we’ve got it covered.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: Our caregivers can help with light housekeeping tasks at home, such as vacuuming, dusting, assisting with the laundry, and more.
FAMILY PORTAL: Each client receives a tablet connected to our Family Portal, which allows for easier communication and care scheduling.
HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT: We help create a safer home environment through our 43-point home safety assessment. We’ll identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance covers our home care assistance programs in Jacksonville. Medicare and most major insurance do not cover home care services. Medicaid may cover some, but many of our locations do not currently accept Medicaid. The VA offers an Aid and Attendance program, and if you’re eligible, that can be used to help cover our services. We can help with prequalification for the VA benefit.
