Our Owners<\/h3>\n

Caleb and Thazin believe seniors deserve to age with dignity, compassion, and meaningful human connection. Their passion for senior care is rooted in personal experience. Thazin grew up in a multigenerational household in Myanmar, where she witnessed the emotional and physical demands of caring for aging loved ones. Caleb experienced many of those same challenges while helping care for his grandmother, giving both of them a deep appreciation for the support professional caregivers provide to families.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before opening Caring Senior Service, Thazin worked as a legal assistant and Caleb built a career as an industrial engineer. Together, they were drawn to Caring’s commitment to exceptional care and a people-first culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

As home care business owners, Caleb and Thazin are committed to treating every senior with the respect, dignity, and compassion they deserve. Their goal is to help families navigate the challenges of aging, provide caregivers who truly make a difference, and ensure no senior feels forgotten or alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Team<\/h3>\n

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare<\/a>\u00ae. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director\u00a0 has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement \u201cWe provide GreatCare\u00ae\u201d is not just what we say, it\u2019s what we do.<\/p>\n
