On April 7th, Jeff Salter, the CEO and founder of Caring Senior Service, rode through Victoria, TX, to visit the Caring location there. He was greeted by staff members, local businesses, and community members as he rode in to raise awareness of the underserved aspects in senior care.
This ride kicked off the Close the Gap in Senior Care movement in Victoria. This movement was created to celebrate Caring’s 30th anniversary and to ensure that we impact more seniors during our next 30 years. The movement will help spark a national conversation about areas we can improve together in senior care. Right now, we see caregiver shortages, lack of technology to care for seniors, and too few businesses in the senior care space. By working together, we can eliminate these gaps and create a better future for today’s seniors.
