What do your services include?

Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: Our personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, incontinence, mobility, exercise, and more.
TRANSPORTATION: We help seniors maintain independence by providing transportation to wherever they want to go.
MEAL PREPARATION: Our staff can prepare meals to meet dietary restrictions. Tell us what you want to eat, and we’ll make it.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Our caregivers help manage medications by reminding seniors to take their medications on schedule.
COMPANIONSHIP: From playing games to sharing stories, our caregivers provide social interaction for lonely seniors.
RESPITE CARE: Respite care provides a break from family caregiving so you can relax while knowing your loved one is safe.
ERRAND SERVICE: Our caregivers help with errands, including picking up prescriptions, dropping off gifts, or mailing packages.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: We keep homes clean and tidy to help them avoid falls. We help with laundry, dishes, dusting, and more.
FAMILY PORTAL: Each client receives a tablet with our Family Portal to improve communication and enhance family support.
HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT: Our 43-point safety assessment identifies hazards at home to create a secure environment for seniors.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance covers our service. Most medical insurances do not provide coverage for our service. The VA offers an Aide & Attendant program, but certain restrictions apply. Our office staff can assist with pre-qualification for this VA benefit. Medicaid may cover some services, but most of our offices do not currently accept Medicaid. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  Caring Senior Service is highly recommended for in home health care. They are thorough in everything from introductions to constant communication throughout our time with them. Mandy communicated everything that went on little to big. Keith is always a pleasure to speak to and his compassion shows. They made us feel like family.
