Caring Senior Service stood out because they were able to match us with caregivers who understood and could meet my father's needs as an aging senior living with dementia. We initially needed only about 15 hours of care per week. However, when my mother suffered a fall and tore her rotator cuff, Caring Senior Service quickly arranged caregivers to provide 24/7 support. Their responsiveness during such a difficult time was invaluable. Our care coordinator, Kyano, was always accessible as our needs evolved and even stepped in to cover shifts himself when necessary. Our caregivers—Mushin, Gilbert, and Richard—treated my father like family and consistently showed him and my mother kindness, patience, and respect. As my father's condition progressed, we ultimately made the difficult decision to move him into a memory care community. While we knew it was the right time, saying goodbye to our care team was not easy because they had become like family to us.
