Our Owner
Nick Pazarentzos has dedicated his career to serving others. After more than 15 years as a firefighter and paramedic, he brought his passion for helping people to Caring Senior Service, where he now carries on a family legacy of compassionate care. Having grown up around the business, Nick understands the importance of helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
Drawing on his clinical background and firsthand experience caring for people during life’s most challenging moments, Nick is committed to providing dependable, high-quality care that gives families peace of mind. His goal is to continue building on the strong foundation established in the Dallas Mid-Cities community while helping older adults live safely and independently in the place they call home.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
