Caring for a loved one with dementia can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Through our partnership with PocketRN, Caring Senior Service now offers a new, fully covered dementia care program designed to support both seniors and their families every step of the way.
No Cost to You — Ever
This program is fully covered by government funding and available at no cost to
families. There are no copays or out-of-pocket fees.
Our GUIDE Dementia Care program includes:

- 30 to 90 hours of paid respite care per year for qualifying families
- A dedicated, dementia-trained nurse for virtual check-ins and care planning
- 24/7 virtual access to a nurse for questions or concerns
- Ongoing support for family caregivers with coaching, education, and more
- Medication reviews, chronic condition management, and care coordination
- Referrals to local resources and additional community support
Who Is Eligible?
This program is designed for individuals who:
- Are living with dementia (no formal diagnosis required)
- Have Traditional Medicare (Parts A & B)
- Live at home or in an assisted living facility
- Are not enrolled in hospice or currently in a skilled nursing facility
To receive no-cost respite care hours, your loved one must also have moderate to severe dementia and an unpaid family caregiver involved in their care.
How It Works
We begin with a virtual assessment to understand your loved one’s needs and build a
personalized care plan. From there, your assigned nurse will stay in close contact for
regular check-ins and health monitoring. You’ll also have access to on-demand support via phone, tablet, or computer—any time, day or night.
