Our Owner
Meet Emmanuel Ogundipe, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Fredericksburg. He brings a heart for service to senior care. After a successful career in affordable housing development for non-profits, he was inspired to take a new path following his recovery from pancreatic cancer in 2024. During his time in the cancer ward and nursing home, Emmanuel witnessed firsthand the challenges seniors and disabled Americans face when they’re unable to remain at home—sparking a new mission in his life.
He also cared for his mother during her dementia journey, watching her transform from an active grandmother to someone who relied on the companionship of a caregiver.
Emmanuel is dedicated to serving the community with dignity and empathy. He hopes to engage with seniors and to build a legacy of service that honors those who helped build our nation. His greatest goal is to give back and to show gratitude for his second chance by making a meaningful difference in others’ lives.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
