What Does a Caring Caregiver Do?
As a Caring caregiver, you’ll work one-on-one with older adults in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Depending on the needs of your client, your day may include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with personal care and grooming
- Preparing meals
- Helping with light housekeeping
- Running errands
- Providing transportation
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Helping clients maintain their independence at home
As a caregiver, you’ll be a trusted source of support for the older adults and families you serve.
