Communication

The staff at Caring Senior Service values communication between caregivers and clients. We also emphasize the importance of communication with our employees and staff. In order to best facilitate communication, we give our caregivers the ability to access our office staff 24/7. If you need help during off hours, our on-call care manager will answer your call. Our proprietary software program, Tendio, makes communication easier by keeping you updated on important client information. With this system, you will have access to schedules, care plans, and other work-related opportunities. Employees also use this system to clock in and out and record their client notes.

Training

While we hire experienced caregivers, we believe in keeping up with training to increase industry knowledge. This allows us to provide exceptional care to our clients and gives our caregivers more confidence about the care they provide. Sometimes we encounter unique situations with health conditions, and we want our caregivers to feel fully prepared to provide the best care possible. Assigning these training courses helps increase caregiver knowledge of specific health conditions and how to care for these unique needs.

Caregiver

Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.
