Our Owner
Meet the owner of Caring Senior Service of Sugar Land: Preeti Jha. With a background in the tech industry as a senior product and program manager, Preeti brings a unique blend of innovation, leadership, and compassion to senior care. Her journey into home care is deeply personal—shaped by the loss of both her mother and mother-in-law to cancer. Living thousands of miles away from them in India during their illness, Preeti experienced the emotional toll of being unable to care for aging loved ones firsthand.
Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and a heartfelt desire to give back, Preeti saw Caring Senior Service as the perfect opportunity to build a meaningful business that supports seniors and their families. She is committed to providing compassionate, reliable care that helps seniors in Sugar Land maintain their independence and dignity at home. Beyond caregiving, Preeti hopes to create rewarding opportunities for caregivers who share her passion for service. Her vision is to build a trusted, person-centered resource for families and a lasting legacy of quality care within her community.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
