Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: Our caregivers can assist seniors with personal care, including getting dressed, toileting, getting out for a walk, and more.
COMPANIONSHIP: Our caregivers provide companionship and personal interactions, including going for walks, playing games, or sitting and chatting.
RESPITE CARE: Do you have a loved one you care for but must be away or need a break? Let us step in and care for them while you’re away.
TRANSPORTATION: We provide seniors with safe transportation to wherever they need or want to go, whether for appointments or visiting friends and family.
FAMILY PORTAL: Each client is provided a tablet with our Family Portal preinstalled. This streamlines communication with our team.
MEAL PREPARATION: We prepare nutritious meals at home for our seniors. We also take special care with any dietary restrictions or needs.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Caregivers provide friendly reminders to help seniors remain on schedule with medications and ensure proper dosage.
ERRAND SERVICE: With our errand services, our caregivers help with mailing packages, shopping for groceries, stopping by the pharmacy, and more.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: Homes are safer when they are kept tidy. Our caregivers can help with light housekeeping, including dishes, laundry, and vacuuming.
HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT: With our comprehensive 43-point assessment, we identify safety hazards in the home and recommend ways to improve safety.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance covers our service. Most medical insurances do not provide coverage for our service. The VA offers an Aid and Attendance program, but certain restrictions apply. Our office staff can assist with pre-qualification for this VA benefit. Medicaid may cover some services, but most of our offices do not currently accept Medicaid. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.
