Meet Seth Weisleder, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Essex County. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership across multiple industries, Seth brings a unique blend of strategic vision and personal dedication to the senior care space with a deep personal commitment to helping seniors age safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.
Seth’s career has been defined by a strong track record in driving revenue, cultivating long-term client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. He has applied his business acumen to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families. Under his leadership, the Essex County office has become known for its reliability, responsiveness, and personal touch—anchored by the GreatCare® method that ensures every client receives quality care from compassionate professionals.
Seth is a hands-on owner who takes pride in guiding families through the often overwhelming journey of aging and caregiving. His mission is simple but powerful: to help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home.

Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
