How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Most of our clients access our Milwaukee home care services through long-term care insurance or the VA’s Aid and Attendance program. This VA benefit does have restrictions, but if you are eligible, we can assist you with submitting your prequalification paperwork. Currently, Medicaid may cover some of our services, but most of our offices do not accept it at the moment. Most medical insurance will unfortunately not cover our services. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  These guys saved me (thanks Kim). The hospital released my mom after having a stroke with one day notice the Saturday OF new years weekend. She needed 24-7 hour care. Kim returned the call from the referral within minutes (Friday at 5:00) and had care givers at my house the day after new years. She lined up 10 continuous days of 24-7 care on new years weekend. Amazing. The care was wonderful and my mom really liked all the caregivers (so did the rest of the family). Oh, the other home care service that was referred called me Tuesday morning. I told her the caregivers were already at the house. I can't imagine the stress of having to wait 4 days to figure this out. Thanks to Kim and all her wonderful caregivers.

  Caring Senior Services really helped when our Dad fell and was unable to walk.  They stepped in quickly and our caregiver Callie did a great job!  Knowing they were providing the needed help really reduced the stress on our Dad and on his kids who are not all nearby.  As Dad got better, Callie walked the halls of his residence with him to ensure he could do that. They walked to nearby waterfall.  She went on errands with Dad to ensure he could take care of himself on these errands.  They brought real peace of mind to us all and got Dad the services he needed and as he got better worked to decrease those services.  My Dad and my siblings all agree they provided very important care and then helped to ensure that Dad could be self sufficient again.  Super helpful and caring people!

  The team of angels at Caring Senior Service have been wonderful with my mother. Professional, loving, flexible, and everything our family needed to care for our mom through an injury and subsequent move into a higher care unit in her facility.   CSS provided excellent service to my parents at Grace Commons in Menomonee Falls.  I would strongly recommend them for anyone in the consideration stage.  Friendly, prompt, and excellent management communications, especially during Covid and bad weather (proactive in this regards, not reactive).

  I am extremely thankful for the in-home care my father received from Caring Senior Service of Milwaukee.  CSS is an incredibly well run, professional organization.   The owners, Stacie and Gregg and my father's case manager Kim, went far above and beyond in all respects.  They were incredibly responsive, reliable, flexible, kind and thoughtful.   My father was very close with one caregiver and the management team was always there to cover shifts if needed.  As a daughter living out of state,  it was very reassuring to know that there was always someone caring for my father.  Truly guaranteed service - even during the pandemic!  Thank you so much!

  Our family will forever be grateful  we chose Caring Senior Services, to provide in-home care for our elderly parents.  We found their staff, management as well as caregivers, to be reliable, personable, kind and caring.  Our caregivers  became like family to us.  In addition to the care they gave our parents, they would motivate them to play games and do their exercises.  No small task! At a time when the Healthcare industry is known to be dealing with a nation-wide shortage of caregivers, never once were we left high and dry.   I cannot say enough good things about Caring Senior Service of Milwaukee.  A month ago we went from needing no outside help with our parents to needing help for both of them, and Caring Senior Service has helped us each step of the way through this overwhelming time.  The management team of Kim, Angela, and Abbey are truly superheroes, going way above and beyond any normal job description, including a day of training in the hospital, rearranging furniture, staying late at night to work through plans and provide moral support, and covering shifts as needed during the startup period.  The caregivers on our team are all wonderful, caring, high character individuals who are willing to work through whatever problems come up.  Caring Senior Service has taken over all meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal prep, as well as ordering and stocking medical supplies, housekeeping, laundry, etc.  We are so happy that we selected Caring Senior Service to provide care for our parents.
