Communication

As a caregiver, we know there are times when you’re only as good as your support system. That’s why we make sure our office staff is on call 24/7, so if you need us at 2 a.m., we’ll be there. Our caregivers are just part of the team that upholds our excellent care service, so we make sure our caregivers have the qualified support they need when they need it.We use a proprietary, web-based software package called Tendio where employees can track time, request days off, and log visit notes. Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.
