Communication is an essential part of senior home care services. We provide our caregivers with around-the-clock access to our office staff. Whether you need help at 3 a.m. or any time of day, an on-call care manager will answer your call. Our cutting-edge technology, such as our proprietary software program, Tendio, enhances communication for caregivers. This program keeps you in touch with clients’ schedules, plans, and other care needs. Caregivers use Tendio for timekeeping, recording client notes, and requesting time off.

Training

Although we hire caregivers with plenty of experience, our focused training programs increase caregiver knowledge of our clients’ unique care needs. These programs provide additional training and experience with specialized needs to ensure we consistently provide exceptional services to every client.
