Our Owners
Ian and Lisa Klaes are the dedicated co-owners of Caring Senior Service of Galesburg. With a passion for senior care and a commitment to helping others, they have built a strong foundation in the industry. Ian holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and has applied his expertise in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and sports medicine clinics. Lisa, with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, has extensive experience caregiving both in-homes and skilled nursing facilities, which weighed heavily in her decision to join the Caring Senior Service. In 2005, Lisa and Ian opened their first Caring Senior Service franchise in El Paso. Their devotion to quality care has since helped launch multiple franchise locations, including Caring Senior Service of Galesburg. Lisa joined the Corporate Office management team at Caring Headquarters in 2007, and later that year, Ian became part of the Senior Management Team. Ian now serves as Vice President, while Lisa continues to lead as Managing Partner for their locations. Their shared mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure that every senior has the opportunity to remain healthy, happy, and at home.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.Mission Statement
