Katy Packingham, Agency Director of Caring Senior Service of Galesburg, has been recognized with the Operational Excellence Award in the inaugural Home-Based Care Momentum Awards Kpresented by AlayaCare. The award celebrates leaders who are making a meaningful impact in home-based care through exceptional leadership and innovation.
Since stepping into her management role, Katy has doubled the office’s weekly care hours from approximately 450 to more than 1,000 while fostering a caregiver-first culture and strengthening partnerships throughout the Galesburg community. Her commitment to supporting caregivers, building trust with families and delivering high-quality care has helped the office grow without losing sight of its mission.
