Our Owner
Rick and Kathy Casey are the proud owners of Caring Senior Service North Houston, where they bring a personal passion for quality senior care to the families they serve. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of seniors, Rick and Kathy believe that every older adult deserves the opportunity to remain healthy, happy, and independent in the comfort of their own home.
Rick comes from a strong background in business leadership and client-focused service. His experience has taught him the importance of trust, communication, and compassion — values he brings into every aspect of Caring Senior Service operations. Rick is dedicated to ensuring that each client receives personalized, dignified care tailored to their individual needs.
Kathy, with her extensive experience in Nursing as an RN, complements their mission with a hands-on, nurturing approach. She is passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and caregivers, ensuring that seniors not only receive high-quality care but also feel genuinely supported and valued.
Together, Rick and Kathy lead their team with a shared vision: to deliver exceptional care that empowers seniors to live independently and with dignity. They are active members of the North Houston- Woodlands community and are committed to being a reliable, compassionate resource for families navigating the challenges of aging.
Their combined expertise, dedication, and heartfelt approach to service have made Caring Senior Service North Houston a trusted partner in senior care for countless families in the region.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
