Communication

We have an on-call manager that will answer your call 24/7. Not only do we have enough phone coverage, but we also provide online support as well. Tendio, our proprietary software platform, keeps our caregivers informed on all things related to our clients. Tendio provides staff access to care plans, schedules, new clients, and new work opportunities. Our caregivers also use this app to keep track of their time, log visit notes, and input their availability.

Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.
