Lauren Malik, Agency Director of Caring Senior Service of Irvine, has been recognized with the Operational Excellence Award in the inaugural Home-Based Care Momentum Awards presented by AlayaCare. The award honors leaders across North America’s home-based care industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation and operational success.
Under Lauren’s leadership, the Irvine office has become one of Caring Senior Service’s top-performing locations, growing to $1.2 million in revenue during its first year and remaining on pace to surpass $3 million in year three. She has built scalable systems that support continued growth while leading more than 150 caregivers and serving more than 200 active clients—all without compromising the quality of care families receive.
