Why Choose Caring Senior Service
We consider our caregivers the heart of our company. The services provided by our caregivers not only better the lives of the seniors we serve but their families as well. As with any career, our caregivers must overcome challenges in order to maintain the safety and happiness of our seniors. To deliver on our GreatCare® promise to our clients, we provide our caregivers with all the training and support needed to provide excellent care.
Telehealth Benefit
All of our employees enjoy around-the-clock, free access to Teladoc. Teladoc is a telehealth benefit that instantly connects them to a licensed physician to provide them with consultation, diagnosis, and even treatment for non-emergent cases.
Employee Reward Program
Caring Senior Service cares about rewarding our employees, so we have created the Caring Rewards program to promote the continued betterment of all our caregivers. Caring Rewards is an online platform offering over 10,000 items to choose from. Every time our caregivers fulfill our GreatCare® promise, they are rewarded with points to use in the online store. Apply for a Cleburne home care assistant career today and learn more about how you can provide outstanding service and be rewarded for it!
Communication
Good communication is crucial when it comes to a Cleburne area caregiver job. That’s why we provide every caregiver with 24/7 access to our office staff and have an on-call manager in place to answer all calls, no matter the time of day or night. To make things even easier, we utilize an online application called Tendio. With day and night access on Tendio, our caregivers always stay up to date. On Tendio, our caregivers have access to clients’ care plans, schedules, new client information, and even new work opportunities. Tendio is also used to keep track of hours worked, record visit notes, and communicate availability.
Training
Even though we hire the most qualified and experienced individuals for our Cleburne area caregiver jobs, Caring Senior Service cares about keeping our caregivers well-informed and well-trained on situations that may be new to them. No matter the amount of time in the field, caregivers may be faced with new clients with unfamiliar care needs. This is where our training programs come in. Not only do they inform our staff of new information, but they also act as a refresher. Part of our GreatCare® promise is to always provide the best possible care to our clients, and our training programs help us keep that promise.
