Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: Our personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, incontinence, mobility, exercise, and more.
TRANSPORTATION: We help seniors maintain independence by providing transportation to wherever they want to go.
MEAL PREPARATION: Our staff can prepare meals to meet dietary restrictions. Tell us what you want to eat, and we’ll make it.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Our caregivers help manage medications by reminding seniors to take their medications on schedule.
COMPANIONSHIP: From playing games to sharing stories, our caregivers provide social interaction for lonely seniors.
RESPITE CARE: Respite care provides a break from family caregiving so you can relax while knowing your loved one is safe.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance covers our service. Most medical insurances do not provide coverage for our service. The VA offers an Aide & Attendant program, but certain restrictions apply. Our office staff can assist with pre-qualification for this VA benefit. Medicaid may cover some services, but most of our offices do not currently accept Medicaid. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  Caring Senior Service was a great resource for help with my 94 year old Mother. The caregivers were very professional, well trained and compassionate. We never felt concerned about leaving her in their care. They helped with light housework, personal care and meals. They were all punctual, and scrupulous about putting in their time. Julie, Belinda,  and Rita showed special care for Mom. She just needed more round the clock care or we would have stayed with Caring. My only criticism is that we had four caregivers over less than three weeks at the end. Probably something that was just unavoidable.
