Meet the Team at Caring Senior Service of Lincoln

Our team is devoted to providing quality and compassionate care to the seniors and individuals presenting with special needs we serve.

Our Owner

Meet Kadiratou “Kadie” Agrignan, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Lincoln. She has a degree in healthcare administration and a certificate in gerontology. She has been in the senior care industry for over 14 years in different capacities, including CNA, HHA, and Operations Manager. Kadie decided to open her own home care business because she wants to empower seniors to stay at home and knows the benefits that one-on-one care can provide. She is married and a busy mom of four as she frequently travels to attend her kids’ soccer tournaments. She and her team look forward to serving you and your family.

Our Team

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, a community relations director, a lead caregiver, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors and those presenting with special needs. Our caregivers report to a care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.

Director of Care Management
Jodi Bair, CMT

Jodi Bair

Jodi Bair’s journey into caregiving was shaped by profound personal experiences that taught her the true meaning of compassionate care. After losing her first son to SIDS and then providing 24-hour care for her second son, who had complete agenesis of the corpus callosum, for 19½ years, she gained invaluable experience in supporting individuals with complex medical needs. Her third son’s ongoing mental health challenges, including bipolar disorder and PTSD, further deepened Jodi’s understanding of the critical need for patient, empathetic support. These experiences transformed her grief into purpose, inspiring Jodi to pursue caregiving professionally as her way to give back and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

With over 27 years of caregiving experience, Jodi currently serve as Director of Care Management at Caring Senior Service, where she hires and trains new caregivers, conducts supervisor visits, manages client intake, and provides direct care. Her background includes three years as Lead Medication Technician at Highplains Memory Care and administrative work at Touchstone Treatment managing intake and documentation. Her expertise spans memory care, Alzheimer’s care, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, and crisis intervention, supported by her Nebraska Medication Aide certification.

“People may not remember your name, but they will always remember the way you made them feel—this philosophy guides my work. My approach combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion, recognizing that behind every care plan is a person with unique needs and dignity. Whether administering complex care plans, providing ADL assistance, or training caregivers, my goal is to honor each individual’s journey and create moments of comfort and connection.”
