Our team is devoted to providing quality and compassionate care to the seniors we serve.
Our Owners
Chrissy Ronje and her daughter, Emily Raibourn, share a passion for serving others and helping seniors age with dignity. Together, they combine decades of business leadership with a heartfelt commitment to compassionate care.
Chrissy spent more than 20 years helping businesses grow through marketing, sales, and franchising. Before becoming an owner, she worked at Caring’s corporate office, partnering with franchise owners across the country and ultimately discovering her own calling to serve seniors and families.
Emily’s passion for caregiving began at just 16 years old, when she formed a lifelong friendship with Stephen, a young man with cerebral palsy who is nonverbal. That experience shaped her belief in treating every person with compassion, dignity, and respect—a philosophy that guide her today.
Together, Chrissy and Emily are proud to serve the Waco community, where Chrissy was raised. Their shared mission is to provide exceptional care that helps older adults remain independent at home while giving families peace of mind.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare ®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
