Communication
Clear communication is a vital part of the work we do. Our Amarillo area caregiver jobs have access to our office staff 24 hours a day, every day of the week. When you need assistance, even in the middle of the night, our on-call care manager will be there to help. In addition, Tendio, our proprietary software program, uses web-based technology to keep you updated on schedules, care plans, additional opportunities, and new clients. With Tendio, you can easily record visit notes, keep track of your time, and even request time off.
Training
Even the most experienced caregivers can benefit from additional training opportunities. We provide access to training programs to help our caregivers remain confident in their roles, even when faced with a new client with special care needs. Our caregiver-focused training programs keep our caregivers informed and knowledgeable, so they are fully equipped to provide the highest level of care to our senior clients and their families. Caregiver
Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.
Caregiver Benefits
