Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: We provide assistance for seniors who require help with daily personal care tasks, like bathing, getting dressed, exercising, and more.
COMPANIONSHIP: Our caregivers provide social interaction for our seniors, whether playing a game, going for a walk, or simply visiting.
RESPITE CARE: When you need time for yourself, our caregivers can help! Let us care for your loved one while you take some time for yourself.
TRANSPORTATION: Wherever it is our seniors want to go, we can take them! Our caregivers provide safe, reliable transportation around town.
FAMILY PORTAL: Communication is important, which is why we provide our clients with a tablet that has our Family Portal so you can easily reach our team.
MEAL PREPARATION: Providing healthy and tasty meals for seniors is no problem for us. We pay close attention to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: With friendly and helpful reminders from our caregivers, seniors can stay on schedule with proper dosage of their medications.
ERRAND SERVICE: Errands are no problem for us! Our caregivers can help with mailing packages, picking up prescriptions and groceries, and more!
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: Cleanliness is important for health and safety. Our caregivers can help with light chores such as dishes, dusting, and vacuuming.
HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT: With our 43-point home safety assessment, we inspect the home to identify any potential safety hazards that may be present.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Our services are covered if you have long-term care insurance or if you qualify for the Aid and Attendance program with the VA. We can help with the VA’s prequalification requirements for this benefit. You will need to contact our individual offices to see which ones accept Medicaid, as not all of our offices accept Medicaid. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  With all the new caregiving companies, it’s great to have one that has been established for over 17 years. Caring Senior Service not only has great reviews from the families that they’ve helped, but they also have a wonderful reputation in the healthcare industry.

I have had the pleasure of meeting their agency director, Miss Lila, and it is very apparent that she values her clients. In one of my interactions with her she was working to help a family find housing, even though it meant that they would stop being Caring’s clients.
