How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

To cover the cost of our senior care services, you can use long-term care insurance or, if eligible, the VA’s Aid and Attendance program. Our staff can help with the VA benefit prequalification, if desired. Most medical insurers do not cover home care services, but Medicaid may offer partial coverage in some cases. However, only a few of our offices currently accept Medicaid. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  As a case manager working in the Aging Community and sending referrals to many different services, Caring Senior Services is one of one. The owner Pat has amazing bedside manner and is able to set up a plan of care for his clients to ensure that they are safe and successful at home, regardless of the situation. He has even went as far as driving to their pharmacy to get medications himself as he truly is always going to do what is best for patients and families without hesitation. Hope their liaison is also nothing short of amazing. Always answering the phone and having the quickest turnaround time for solutions, answers, and making sure a loved one is taken care of. She brings humor and positivity to many of our patients that need a smile and will make sure that families, patients, loved ones and spouses are all considered and heard throughout the intake process. Both Pat and Hope have shown so many times how being selfless and willing to help can change the outcome for our patients lives. In a world where many are aging and going to need increased assistance, I am thankful to know Caring Senior Services is out there to support our loved ones. Thank you for what you do!   Caring Senior Services stepped up to help us on short notice over a holiday weekend. Altogether we had three different women come to help. Each was very different, but very good in their own way. One needs to know that while they don't all have the same level of experience, they are at the very least a loving, caring extra set of hands.   My grandmother fell and broke her hip. We were told on a Friday that she was being released from the rehab center since therapy had plateaued. They told us she needed round the clock help. Luckily we called Caring & Pat the owner met us at the facility and helped us bring my grandmother home that night. He and his staff are angels! I can’t recommend this group enough!

  I work at a community in Washington and needed an assessment done for a prospective resident. Although they couldn't help me, Crystal was fabulous about helping me narrow down the field of who could help me and gave me their contact information as well.   We recently hired Caring Seniors to help with my mom who requires a lot of physical assistance.  The caregivers are fantastic.  They follow the care plan closely and I can tell they like working with my mom.  She is very well cared for now.  The office has been very good about filling difficult hours and we haven't had any lapses in coverage.  After experiencing several other companies, I feel fortunate that we found Caring Seniors.   Pat Abernathy is literally the only competitor I trust in the Denver Metro Area. He does what he says he is going to do. He always answers his phone. He follows up. He does not let a single ball drop. I sometimes loan him my precious caregivers because I trust him that much. I cannot say the same for any other competitor.
