How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Our Willow Grove area senior help services can be covered with long-term care insurance, the VA Aid and Attendance program, and in select cases, Medicaid. Please note that most medical insurance companies do not cover home care assistance in the Willow Grove area. If you are eligible for the VA benefit, we can help you get started on the prequalification process. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  Had a wonderful experience using Caring Senior Service..We had an emergent situation requiring an overnight care giver for my sister. Sasha took an incredible amount of burden off of our shoulders and worked personally to coordinate care with my sisters facility... the resulting care/resources were excellent and without any missteps.   I've Only Been With Caring Senior Service For 6 Months Now And So Far My Experience Has Been Great! Everyone That Works With Them Go Above And Beyond For The Clients, Communication Is Wonderful And They Make Sure Their Employees Are Comfortable.   This has to be one of the best home care agencies I’ve worked with. I needed immediate support for my mother, who has dementia, and they had a caregiver in place within just a few hours. They provided dependable 24-hour care. I only wish I had found this level of support years ago when my father was still with us. Their professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness meant everything during an incredibly stressful time. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the team at Caring Senior Service.
