Our Team
Our Kansas City in-home care team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
Mariah Murrell
My name is Mariah, and I’m the Care Manager here at Caring Senior Service.
A little about me: I’m 25 years young (because “old” just doesn’t apply yet!). I’ve been in healthcare since graduating high school in 2018 and have worked in a variety of roles including:
- Caregiver
- Customer service
- Flood insurance (yes, really!)
- Data entry
- LabCorp technician
While studying to become a nurse, I decided to pursue cosmetology at Paul Mitchell — yes, I give a perfect balayage. Currently, I’m working on my
Medical Assistant certification, with plans to enter LPN school next.
At home, I have a spoiled little cockapoo named Coco who runs the show. Outside of work, I enjoy self-care, makeup, and catching up with friends over a good cocktail 🍸.
As your Care Manager, I’m here to support your growth and success. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns — even if you just need someone to talk to.
Warmly,
Mariah M.

Aaron Majumder
My name is Aaron, and I’m really excited to be joining Caring Senior Services as the Assistant Agency Director.
I’m 20 years old and just beginning my journey in the healthcare field. Right now, I’m a student at Johnson County Community College, working toward a transfer to the University of Kansas, where I plan to major in Psychology. I’ve always been passionate about understanding people and finding ways to support their well-being, and that’s what drew me to both healthcare and this amazing organization.
Although I’m early in my career, I’m eager to learn and grow alongside a team that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of seniors. I’m looking forward to gaining hands-on experience, contributing to the mission here, and soaking up as much knowledge as I can along the way.
Outside of work and school, I try to keep a good balance. I’m a big fan of basketball, and I play whenever I can—it’s my go-to stress reliever. I also have a Bulldog named Lucky who’s basically a professional napper.
Thanks so much for the warm welcome—I’m truly honored to be part of the team and can’t wait to get started and grow with all of you!
