Communication
Keeping in close contact at all hours of the day and night is vital in this industry. If our caregivers have questions or need help, they have 24/7 access to our office staff. We also use an online application, Tendio, where our caregivers stay updated on their clients’ care plans, schedules, and new clients. Tendio is used to find new work opportunities and to expand their expertise. Tendio is also used as the main interface to track time, record visit notes, and set availability preferences.
Training
Even the best caregivers in the industry can benefit from ongoing training and refreshers. Our caregivers are tasked with individualized cases daily, and with personalized training, they are equipped to provide our clients the best possible care. Our caregiver-focused training programs ensure we keep our GreatCare® promise to our clients.

Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.
