How much does the service cost?

    We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

    Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

    Medicare and most medical insurance companies do not cover the elderly home care and assistance provided at Wilmington’s Caring Senior Service. However, many of our clients use long-term care insurance or the VA Aid and Attendance program. We can provide guidance on prequalification for the VA benefit for those who are eligible. Medicaid may cover some services, but most of our offices do not currently accept this option
