We are Caring Senior Service, a senior home care service company serving El Paso. Our caregivers for the elderly are dedicated to providing seniors and their families in our community with the quality care and assistance they deserve, so they may remain safely in the comfort of their own homes.
Our Owner
Ian Klaes has dedicated his career to helping others live healthier, more independent lives. He earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and has worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and sports medicine clinics, giving him firsthand experience caring for people with a wide range of needs.
In 2005, Ian opened Caring Senior Service in El Paso, combining his clinical expertise with a passion for helping seniors remain safe and comfortable at home. Over the years, he has helped grow the Caring Senior Service network while continuing to serve the El Paso community. Today, Ian also serves as Vice President at Caring’s corporate office, where he helps support franchise owners across the country.
Ian remains committed helping seniors stay healthy, happy, and at home. He is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care that gives families peace of mind and allows older adults to maintain their independence.
Our Team
Our El Paso Caring team consists of care managers, caregivers, and an agency director, and we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of senior home care services to our El Paso clients. When hiring caregivers, we select individuals who show a true passion for the service of others, and who have experience working with seniors. Our care managers are responsible for ensuring that each client receives a caregiver who is best suited for their personal needs. Care managers are also responsible for making regular home visits that ensure our clients remain happy with the care they receive from our caregivers. And our agency director makes certain that the service we provide to every client upholds our GreatCare® promise.
