We are Caring Senior Service, a senior home care service company serving El Paso. Our caregivers for the elderly are dedicated to providing seniors and their families in our community with the quality care and assistance they deserve, so they may remain safely in the comfort of their own homes.

Our Owner

Meet Ian and Lisa Klaes, the owners of Caring Senior Service of El Paso. Ian has a Masters in physical therapy and has put that degree to good use in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and sports medicine clinics. In 2005, Lisa and Ian opened a Caring franchise in El Paso. Since then, they opened several other franchise locations, including Caring Senior Service of Galesburg. Ian also became part of the Senior Management Team at Caring Headquarters and was later promoted to Vice President. Both Ian and Lisa believe that every senior should be able to remain healthy, happy, and home.

Our Team

Our El Paso Caring team consists of care managers, caregivers, and an agency director, and we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of senior home care services to our El Paso clients. When hiring caregivers, we select individuals who show a true passion for the service of others, and who have experience working with seniors. Our care managers are responsible for ensuring that each client receives a caregiver who is best suited for their personal needs. Care managers are also responsible for making regular home visits that ensure our clients remain happy with the care they receive from our caregivers. And our agency director makes certain that the service we provide to every client upholds our GreatCare® promise.


