In-Home Care for Seniors in Llewellyn Park, NJ

Personalized assistance tailored to your needs.

Caring For Our Community, One Senior at a Time

Our non-medical in-home care in Llewellyn Park is here to help, and our office is right here in West Orange. Families usually notice the small changes first: a parent stops driving after dark, skips more meals than they let on, or leaves the mail stacking up. We shape each plan around the individual, working from their habits, their preferences, and how much support they genuinely want. That can mean help around the house, regular company through the week, or familiar routines that make memory changes less unsettling. Learn how our senior caregivers can help your aging loved ones maintain dignity and independence at home.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do your services include?

Aging at home goes best when the support targets specific things rather than everything at once. Our in-home care in Llewellyn Park handles the tasks that have turned tiring or unsafe and leaves the rest of the day where it belongs. Every care plan comes from actual routines and preferences instead of a standard checklist.

  • COMPANIONSHIP: Spending quality time with our seniors brings us joy, and long stretches alone affect health more than most families realize. We share stories, play games, and make new memories together.
  • RESPITE CARE: Many caregivers take breaks now and then to regain their own life balance. Count on us to fill in for you while you’re away, so your loved one stays in capable hands at home.
  • PERSONAL CARE: We’ll help your loved one with all their daily care such as mobility, hygiene, exercise, dressing, and more, protecting dignity and lowering the risk of a fall.
  • MEAL PREPARATION: No matter what our seniors want or need to eat, we offer meal preparation in the comfort of their homes, which matters when the kitchen has started to feel like too much.
  • MEDICATION REMINDERS: Medication reminders and easy-to-follow dose schedules are one way we support the well-being of our seniors, particularly when memory shifts.
  • TRANSPORTATION: Our caregivers can provide a safe, convenient ride around town, helping your loved one feel independent and free after handing over the car keys.
  • ERRAND SERVICE: Errand running is not a problem for our care team. We help our seniors mail packages, pick up prescriptions, and more, so the list stops growing.
  • LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: Cleanliness can affect safety and comfort at home. We’ll help tidy up, doing dishes, laundry, and other light chores that accumulate quickly when mobility changes.
  • HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT: We want each of our seniors to be safe at home. Our 43-point safety assessment can identify potential hazards and recommend how to fix them.
  • FAMILY PORTAL: Each of our clients gets a dedicated tablet. You can use this to log on to the Family Portal for easy communication, tracking, and scheduling.
In what areas are your services available?

Some of the areas we serve include:

Contact our office to find out if we provide senior help services in your area.

How much does the service cost?

We charge one flat hourly rate no matter which services are involved, which keeps budgeting simple and predictable. After an initial conversation, our team completes a full in-home assessment with you and your loved one. That assessment determines how many care hours are needed to keep daily life safe, comfortable, and manageable at home.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Both the VA’s Aid and Attendance program and long-term care insurance can cover our in-home care assistance services in West Orange. Major insurance companies do not cover our services. In some cases, Medicaid may cover part, but many of our offices do not accept Medicaid currently. There are some restrictions and eligibility requirements, but we can help you navigate the prequalification steps for the VA benefit. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

      High-Touch Meets High-Tech

A clear care plan cuts down on missed steps and mixed signals when several family members are involved. Tablets and virtual care management technology support personalized, around-the-clock coordination, while our caregivers provide the in-person attention seniors count on. The combination keeps everyone informed and helps older adults feel secure at home.
