How much does the service cost?

Our Southfield in-home care assistance is provided at one flat, hourly rate, no matter which services are needed. We’ll conduct an assessment with you and your family to determine how many hours are needed to support your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance or the VA’s Aid and Attendance program are great options for those needing home care services. If you are eligible for the VA benefit, our staff can assist you with the prequalification paperwork.   When i first contacted Caring Senior Service, I called after hours on a Friday fully expecting to leave a voicemail, but to my surprise, Nicole answered the phone. We ended up talking for quite a while, and not once did I feel rushed, even though it was after hours. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, taking the time to explain everything and answer every question I had.

When you’re dealing with the care of your parents, knowing that there is actually someone there to answer the phone when you need help or have questions means more than you can imagine.
This is a company that really does care.

  The team at Caring Senior Service took excellent care of my dad during his recent illness. Having 24-7 service allowed him to live at home and gave us peace of mind that he was taken care of when we couldn’t be present. The staff was reliable, communicative, and helped him keep track of in th medications. They even drove him to un his favorite diners which was an important social outlet for him.  The owner personally checked in several times so that we could fine tune the care as his needs changed.   We have been using Caring Senior Service for the last year and they have been great.  My mother-in-law lives with us and has dementia.  Overall she is pretty easy to care for but my husband and I still need time away to recharge.  CSS has always been very professional and so helpful in scheduling staff when we need it.  Even last minute changes have been no problem at all!  Not only do they come and take care of your loved one, they take care of your family too.   And and Nicole have provided outstanding service for my aunt on very short notice. Nicole was able to visit my family and do an assessment for my aunt and get caregivers started within a matter of a few days.
