How much does the service cost?

Our Southfield in-home care assistance is provided at one flat, hourly rate, no matter which services are needed. We’ll conduct an assessment with you and your family to determine how many hours are needed to support your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance or the VA’s Aid and Attendance program are great options for those needing home care services. If you are eligible for the VA benefit, our staff can assist you with the prequalification paperwork. Please note that major medical insurance providers, including Medicare, do not cover home care services.   We have been using Caring Senior Service for the last year and they have been great.  My mother-in-law lives with us and has dementia.  Overall she is pretty easy to care for but my husband and I still need time away to recharge.  CSS has always been very professional and so helpful in scheduling staff when we need it.  Even last minute changes have been no problem at all!  Not only do they come and take care of your loved one, they take care of your family too.   And and Nicole have provided outstanding service for my aunt on very short notice. Nicole was able to visit my family and do an assessment for my aunt and get caregivers started within a matter of a few days.   Caring Senior Service has been everything you’d hope to find when you’re looking for care for a senior. Amr & his team have been available 24/7 to help with care for my 80 year old friend who lives alone and at this stage of his life needs some extra help to make him be safer in his own home and feeling more secure.   Caring Senior Service exceeded my expectations for both managegd services and patient care.  Amr, the owner was personally involves in all aspects of the patient care. He personally introduced each patient care person as the came to provide care.  The patient care staff were experienced and met our needs.  Overall, Caring Senior Service, deserves serious consideration when looking for at home service needs.
