How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance is a great option for those looking to secure our home care services. Many of our clients also use the VA’s Aid and Attendance program. If you are eligible for this benefit, let us know and we’ll assist you in the prequalification paperwork. Please note that major medical insurance companies, including Medicare, do not cover our services. Some of our offices do accept Medicaid, but only in certain locations.

  The team at Caring Senior Service took excellent care of my dad during his recent illness. Having 24-7 service allowed him to live at home and gave us peace of mind that he was taken care of when we couldn’t be present. The staff was reliable, communicative, and helped him keep track of in th medications. They even drove him to un his favorite diners which was an important social outlet for him.  The owner personally checked in several times so that we could fine tune the care as his needs changed.   We have been using Caring Senior Service for the last year and they have been great.  My mother-in-law lives with us and has dementia.  Overall she is pretty easy to care for but my husband and I still need time away to recharge.  CSS has always been very professional and so helpful in scheduling staff when we need it.  Even last minute changes have been no problem at all!  Not only do they come and take care of your loved one, they take care of your family too.  They give you peace of mind so you can get out and relax.  Thank you all so much!  We appreciate all of you!

  And and Nicole have provided outstanding service for my aunt on very short notice. Nicole was able to visit my family and do an assessment for my aunt and get caregivers started within a matter of a few days.
